I've read dozens of books on negotiations and participated in many, but this is all you need as a skeleton to grow your own meet and make your own conclusions. If I were to recommend the one and only book on negotiations, this would be it. The rest is actual practical experience in negotiations. Great for entry level management. I am a consultant and this has been a valuable resource on performance management. The people-aspect of an organization is critical to organization performance and this is an excellent discussion on the topic.

I bought this book for a Business Law class, and didn't think I would really get into it, it is probably the cheapest book I will ever buy for college, but it is only around like small not full pages. I was able to read it in a few hours, and It is pretty beneficial as it gives you good and manageable way to "Negotiate outcomes", many examples can easily be applied outside of the business sphere as well, and overall it is a good book, just a bit too short even for the price.
